The services offered on the Website and through associated mobile applications ("APPS") are provided by Chimpanzee, LLC.The SERVICES offered through our APPS provide USERS with access to various content such as games budgeting, educational apps and other general information (collectively the "SERVICES"). Access to or use of the Website and APPS, or contracting of services offered therein, implies the USER's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. It is therefore advisable to read them thoroughly before using the SERVICES.By downloading, accessing, or using any of the APPS, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which establish a contractual relationship between you and Chimpanzee, LLC. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our application. This contract governs the relationship between Chimpanzee, LLC and the USER for the purpose of providing SERVICES, effective upon the USER's acceptance of these Terms during the online contracting process. The contractual relationship includes the provision and/or access to SERVICES in exchange for a fee, which is publicly displayed within the APPS and app stores. Offered SERVICES include but are not limited to subscriptions, lifetime access, consumable and non-consumable in app purchases.Contracting Procedure
To contract SERVICES offered through the APPS, USERS must be of legal age and registered in the Apple Store.In some APPS a free version with limited content is available for USERS to evaluate the APP's suitability. For full access, USERS can subscribe to a Premium version through various payment plans (monthly, annual, or lifetime), which can be paid for using options provided by the app stores (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).Before contracting, USERS should familiarize themselves with the respective terms and conditions of of the Apple Store: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/us/terms.htmlPricing and Payment
Chimpanzee, LLC will inform USERS of the price of SERVICES prior to contracting through the APPS or app stores. Prices are expressed in USD and may not include additional costs such as communication expenses or taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to real-time variations but will not affect services already contracted.Payment OptionsWith subscriptions, USERS can select from various plans (monthly, annual, lifetime) and pay through app store payment options (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.). Payment details are handled by the respective app stores, and Chimpanzee, LLC does not store any payment information.Taxes and InvoicingFinal prices will be inclusive of applicable taxes, depending on the USER's location and automatically adjusted to the currency of the USER's location based off USD, this is handled by Apple. The tax amount will be indicated during the contracting process. USERS will receive an invoice or purchase confirmation via email, subject to their consent.Price Changes
Chimpanzee, LLC reserves the right to modify prices at any time. USERS will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days before they take effect. USERS may cancel their subscription if they do not wish to accept the new pricing.Service Duration and Cancellation
The duration of the SERVICE is based on the plan selected by the USER. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless canceled by the USER. For lifetime subscriptions, the charge is a one-time fee.Trial Period: USERS may be offered a trial period to access the Premium version without charge. If USERS do not cancel within the trial period, the subscription fee will be charged.Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the end of the current billing period. Manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal in your iPhone Account Settings -> Subscriptions after purchase. All purchases are non-refundable. Turning off auto-renewal or cancelling the subscription will not provide a refund for any remaining unused portion of the term. Cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.Right of Withdrawal
Current legislation grants USERS the right of withdrawal from digital content contracts. However, SERVICES provided by Chimpanzee, LLC commence immediately upon payment, making the right of withdrawal inapplicable. USERS acknowledge and accept this limitation.Content Ownership and Rights
Content provided through the APPS, including all intellectual property therein, is owned by Chimpanzee, LLC or its licensors. The content is provided to you AS IS for your information and personal use only and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes without the prior written consent of Chimpanzee, LLCModifications and Updates
Chimpanzee, LLC reserves the right to make unilateral changes to these Terms and the SERVICES offered. USERS will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the SERVICES implies acceptance of these changes.User Obligations
USERS are obligated to:Use the APPS and SERVICES in compliance with applicable laws and without infringing on third-party rights.
Ensure the accuracy of registration information.
Be of legal age in their jurisdiction.
Comply with the specific conditions applicable to the SERVICES.
Use their profile and password responsibly and protect them from unauthorized use.
Not misuse the SERVICES or make them available to third parties without permission.
Inform any third parties they interact with via the APPS of these Terms and Privacy Policy.
Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination of access to the SERVICES.Chimpanzee, LLC is not liable for:Misuse or abuse of SERVICES by the USER.
Any issues arising from the USER's actions, internet network problems, or unforeseeable events.
Unauthorized data processing by third parties.
Service interruptions caused by factors outside of Chimpanzee, LLC's control.Limitation of Liability
