Raise your zoo rating and fame to unlock new species.
Build habitats your way
• Enclose exhibits with wood, wire mesh, concrete, stone or glass viewing walls.
• Paint grass, savanna, dirt, sand, jungle soil, snow and water ponds.
• Raise and lower terrain, lay paths, and place 14 kinds of plants and rocks.
• Add enrichment such as balls, logs, tire swings, climbing rocks, splash pools and scratching posts.
• Place food and water troughs and shape each exhibit around the animals that live there.
Animals are individuals
Every animal has needs for hunger, thirst, rest, play, social contact, space and terrain, plus its own happiness. Predators can hunt prey that share their exhibit. Weak or worn fences can break, letting animals escape until keepers tranquilize and return them.
Run the whole zoo
Guests need food, drinks, restrooms and places to rest, and they tell you what they think. Build burger, drink, ice cream and coffee stands, restrooms, a souvenir shop, info booth, benches, picnic tables, playground, photo spot, ATM and drinking fountains. You also set the admission price.
Hire staff for the work
• Keepers feed animals, clean exhibits and catch escapees.
• Handymen handle litter and fence repairs.
• Guides lead paid guided tours.
Breed better generations
Each animal inherits four stats: attack, defense, stamina and speed, graded from C to SS. Rare albino, melanistic and golden coats can appear. Inbreeding weakens offspring, breeding can be allowed or stopped with one tap, and you can rent a champion stud.
