Banana Banh Mi is a cozy pixel shop tycoon and store sim that plays offline. Open a banana stall on a Saigon sidewalk, ring up your first customers, then grow it size by size into a corner grocery, a supermarket and, one day, the Banana Mall.
Mama Monkey is sick, and the mutant banana tree in the yard grows the sweetest fruit. Little Monkey rolls a mat out on the sidewalk, puts out the first bunch of bananas, and the shop opens for business.
PICK, STOCK, SELL
Pick bananas from Mama's tree, stock the shelves and work the till as the cashier. Every customer has a basket and a mood of their own: keep them waiting and they grumble, serve them fast and they rave.

THE BANANA BANH MI
On day two, the banh mi lady down the street hands over two loaves to try, and Little Monkey gets an idea: a banana in every loaf. Add a Banana Mix Shelf and the shop has its signature dish, with curious customers lining up for banana banh mi.
FROM A SIDEWALK STALL TO THE BANANA MALL
Save up to rent a room, knock through the wall, add counters and new treats: smoothies, grilled bananas, coconut candy, banana cake, ice cream and more. The shop grows through six sizes: Sidewalk Stall, Little Banana Shop, Corner Grocery, Mini Store, Supermarket and Banana Mall.
When the crowd outgrows the door, build a waiting area, from a queue rope and plastic stools to an air-conditioned lounge. After the Mall, open branches across a world map, and later in space.
HIRE STAFF,
MANAGE THE STORE
Cashiers, cleaners, servers, a manager, technicians who look after the tree and a guard for the door. Busy staff get tired, and a dozing cashier needs waking up. Who works where, which shelf needs stock, which counter to upgrade next: running the store well is the heart of this business game.
MIX NEW DISHES IN THE BANANA LAB
Mix bananas with two other ingredients and discover new dishes, from banana smoothies to Vietnamese favorites like bun bo Hue, banh xeo, che ba mau, Vietnamese iced coffee and, later, pho. Put a dish on the menu and customers pay its price.
LIFE ON A SAIGON STREET
Sudden rain, and long rains that flood the street. Street food carts selling banh trang tron, fried fish balls and grilled eggs. Banana thieves sneaking in, so chase them out. The city lights up at night, you close up and count the day, and the shop opens again in the morning.
DECORATE AND DRESS UP
New floors, walls, signs, tables and plants. Outfits and pets for Little Monkey, and rides from a pair of shoes to a bicycle, a scooter and a horse.
A LITTLE EVERY DAY
The shop stays closed while you are away, and a rested bonus greets you when you come back: your sales pay x2 for a while. From the Mini Store on, a weekly x2 event puts one counter at x2 for a few days, then moves to another. Add daily errands on the quest board, a login calendar with bigger rewards and the Banana Catch mini game.
AFTER THE ENDING
Finish the story and start a new run with Golden Bananas: quicker machines and more customers for good. Before you start over, the game lists what you keep and what resets, and waits for you to confirm.
