Buy items cheap, fix them up, sell for profit to pay off a bank debt.

Due to a series of financially questionable decisions, you now owe Corner Bank $50,000.

Nobody is hiring, and Mom isn't a business plan. What you do have is a garage, an old computer, and a deep, unearned confidence in your ability to spot a deal.

Flip Market is a buy-low, sell-high business sim played entirely on a fake desktop computer. Scroll the listings, message sellers, haggle them down, drive across town to pick it up, fix it up, and list it for more than you paid. Then do it again. And again. Until the bank stops calling.

HAGGLE WITH PEOPLE WHO HAVE OPINIONS

Every seller has a price and a personality. Some meet you halfway. Some take it personally. Some ghost you, and some show up with a box that is definitely not the lamp in the photo. Pick your meetup spot carefully: the gas station is cheap, but it is also the gas station.

FIX IT, LIST IT,

FLIP IT

That "worn" floor fan? A few minutes on the workbench and it's "okay." Scrub it, rewire it, screw it back together, then list it and wait for buyers, each one convinced your price is a typo. Answer fast or Rex Hollis, the town's most annoying reseller, will poach them.

A WHOLE FAKE COMPUTER TO RUN YOUR EMPIRE FROM

• The Marketplace: nearly 300 items, from toasters to used pickups, posted by sellers of varying honesty.

• Messages: where deals happen, buyers lowball, and reviews of your character arrive whether you want them or not.

• Unit Row: a storage auction every day. Bid blind and find out what's behind the door. Sometimes it's a vintage watch. Sometimes it's fourteen lawn mowers.

• Shed Exchange: a stock market for when flipping isn't stressful enough.

• Virus Be Gone 3000: skip the antivirus and malware will happily help itself to your cash.

• Bills and the bank: pay the electric bill or get sued by the electric company. Yes, really.

THE TOWN HAS PLANS FOR YOU

• Every few days something shakes up the market: a flea market floods the board with cheap stock, a TV picker crew comes to town, a heat wave sends everyone panic-buying fans, scam season hits the listings, and Mom visits (she will have notes). Build your reputation, unlock perks, upgrade from a garage to a real storage unit, and slowly, painfully, become the flipper your sticky notes always believed you could be.

FEATURES

• Haggle, meet up, inspect, and occasionally get scammed in a buy-and-resell loop that's easy to learn and hard to put down

• Repair items with quick workbench minigames to raise their value

• Daily storage auctions against rival bidders

• Town events that change what's hot, what's cheap, and who's trying to rob you

• Reputation, perks, storage upgrades, and goals

• Made for touch: tap to open, long-press for menus, swipe to scroll

• Plays offline. No ads, no accounts, no in-app purchases, no data collected.

Pay off $50,000 in debt. Or don't. Corner Bank is very patient. Mostly.
